Order & Delivery
Pre-built PODS
Pre-built PODS have a 4-6 week turnaround from order to delivery. On your pre-scheduled delivery date, our team will come by to coordinate the delivery and assemble your home in 1 day- leaving it ready for town service connections (water, power, telecommunications, etc) to be fitted to your new home.
Flatpack PODS
Flatpack PODS are delivered to your property 3-4 weeks after ordering, and take roughly 28 days to assemble using your own building team, or 21 days using our Iesha Construction Team. Flatpack include all materials (pre-cut), fixtures, and fittings required to assemble your POD.
*Some delays due to COVID-19, expected delivery times 6-8 weeks for pre-built and 5-6 weeks for flatpack during holidays.
