PODS are space-efficient, fully self-enclosed studio/granny flats.
How big is a POD?
Our PODS come in 19.2 sq m and 12.8 sq m. You can get more space out of our PODS by attaching two or more floor plans together.
How long does a POD take to build?
PODS are delivered to you 4-6 weeks* after ordering, and they under 1-3 days to assemble on site by our building team. (*Delays of up to 2 weeks due to COVID-19)
How much does a POD cost, and what does it include?
PODS start at $39’995 for an Office POD and from $64’995 for a Studielle granny flat. Pre-built PODS are move-in ready and include all fixtures and fittings, and features a kitchen with breakfast bench, bathroom, open-plan living room/bedroom, and verandah. What can PODS be used for?
